In lieu of the annual Super Saturday 2 Bus Tour, the Provisional Class decided to purchase and donate Spring decorations to Ryan House. Kristin Horstman (Provisional) and Ashleigh Schufeldt (Provisional Advisor) visited Ryan House to drop off the donation. They were welcomed by Caydon, a Ryan House kiddo.

On Feb. 20, JLP members helped out at the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul by painting at the Rob & Melani Walton Urban Farm! We love these opportunities to assist our community partners and make a difference safely.

JLP’s Kids in the Kitchen program wants you to get active! We have put together a three part series of fun and easy exercises. Check out Part 1 below that focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises to get your heart rate up. Don’t forget to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water!
KITK Monthly Lessons delivered 10 kits during November 2020 to our community partner Homeward Bound. The kids enjoyed the exercises, snacks and families are super thankful for the Brita water pitchers. Phoenix Food Day and Healthfest had its annual event on Oct. 10, 2020. It was a HUGE success thanks to all the donors throughout the valley, the Cartwright community, and JLP volunteers. We had 986 families participate, helping over 4,800 people! We gave away over 2000 goody bags, 250 food boxes, and 500 produce bags.… Read More
