JLP’s Kids in the Kitchen program wants you to get active! We have put together a three part series of fun and easy exercises. Check out Part 1 below that focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises to get your heart rate up. Don’t forget to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 84th Annual Rummage Sale that was scheduled to take place on Feb. 20, 2021 at the Arizona State Fairgrounds has unfortunately been cancelled. The safety of our members and the community is our top priority. We plan to be back and better than ever in 2022!
Phoenix Food Day and Healthfest had its annual event on Oct. 10, 2020. It was a HUGE success thanks to all the donors throughout the valley, the Cartwright community, and JLP volunteers. JLP’s Harvest Compassion Center Committee participated in HCC’s Run 1 Feed 1 event this month. Run 1 Feed 1 raised more than $113,000 to feed local families during the fall months! Thank you to everyone who participated!
