In keeping with IRS regulation and JLP policy we can only accept donation of commonly held publicly traded stocks. The Junior League of Phoenix is qualified as a charitable organization under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and accepts donations of commonly held publicly traded stocks.
