Nicole Fries, Executive Vice President

Nicole is a third generation Junior Leaguer and a second generation member of the JLP. Entering her 9th year with JLP, she is excited to be a part of building a legacy for future generations of members. Nicole began her leadership with JLP as chair of the Public Affairs Committee, and subsequently served as chair of Phoenix Food Day and Healthfest, a JLP signature community event, partnered with the City of Phoenix. In 2024, Nicole served as a chair of the Fund Development Committee, which planned the first ever gala for JLP. Following that, Nicole served as the Vice President of Development and the Executive Vice President Elect. In 2023, Nicole received the Golden Kazoo award, an annual award from JLP in honor of former president Mary Ogilvy, for lighthearted enthusiasm a member brings to JLP.

Nicole is a Deputy Director for the Arizona Department of Child Safety. She is honored to serve Arizonans in both her professional and personal capacity. She received her JD from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and is proud of the relationship her work holds to former Supreme Court Justice, and JLP President, Sandra Day O’Connor. She received her undergraduate degree in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She loves to travel and spend time with friends and family, usually outdoors.

Jordan Bublik, Administrative Vice President

Jordan Bublik

Jordan has been a member of the Junior League since 2017. During her time with the JLP, she has served as a committee member on ROCKETS, and then moved into leadership serving as the Donor Relations Chair for two years, the Fund Development Vice President for two years, and took over midterm as the Administrative Vice President for the past year.

Jordan is an Arizona native, growing up in Scottsdale. She proudly attended Arizona State University from 2008-2014 earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Science in the Science of Healthcare Delivery. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2023 and is a licensed Registered Nurse. Professionally, Jordan works as Senior Medical Consultant for a healthcare consulting and actuarial firm. She primarily supports state governments with improving, managing, and innovating their state Medicaid benefits and programs by providing clinical and financial expertise. She also supports TRICARE with consulting expertise in care delivery and healthcare finance to improve healthcare for our active duty military and their families.

In her free time, she loves to volunteer with the JLP as well as clinically as a nurse with the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona supporting their free public health screenings and sleep away camp for kids with chronic kidney disease. If she’s not volunteering, she is spending as much time as she can hanging out with friends, family, and her two dogs and kitty and completing DIY house projects.

Kaili Killingsworth, Communications & Marketing Vice President

Kaili brings more than 10 years of experience as a policy and communications professional to her role as Vice President of Communications and Marketing for the Junior League of Phoenix. Kaili joined the Junior League of Phoenix in 2023 shortly after relocating from Washington, D.C. A new mom at the time, she was seeking friendship, connection, and meaningful ways to engage with her new community.

Professionally, Kaili is a communications expert with a career rooted in media relations. She currently works at Carvana, where she helps shape and share the company’s story through press and media outreach.

At home in Phoenix, she enjoys life with her husband, their toddler son, and their dog, Duke. Together, they love spending time outdoors, exploring the local food scene, and keeping up with the latest wellness trends.

Rachel Hughes, Membership Vice President

Rachel Hughes is honored to serve as the Vice President of Membership.  Rachel joined the Junior League of Phoenix in 2020 seeking meaningful connection with the community.  Over her time with the Junior League of Phoenix, she served on the ROCKETS committee and stepped into leadership as Vice Chair and Chair of the Membership Appreciation committee.  She is passionate about enhancing the member experience, fostering a strong sense of belonging, and empowering women through volunteer leadership.

Professionally, Rachel is a forensic accountant with Alvarez & Marsal and provides accounting expertise and dispute advisory services for damages and valuation issues in the context of commercial litigation, arbitration, and bankruptcy proceedings.  She is also deeply committed to mentorship, staff development, and training at work and children’s education with her church.

Outside of work and volunteer service, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading fiction, and enjoying amazing restaurants with friends.

Rachel Kaneko, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Vice President

Rachel Kaneko started her provisional year in Seattle, WA in 2012. She entered Junior League leadership her first active year. She spent most of her time focused on fund development while in Seattle. In 2016 she transferred to Dallas, TX where she focused on membership as a co-small group leader and member at large assisting provisionals with their annual project. In 2017 she transferred to Portland,OR  where she served on the management team as Director of Finance, led the training committee, and launched a direct ship merchandise store. In 2022 she transferred to Phoenix where she served as Director at Large on the board of directors. Rachel brings over twelve years of various leadership and three other league experiences to the management team.

Professionally, Rachel has a twelve year background in planning social and corporate events in the hospitality industry. In 2020, when social gatherings paused, Rachel returned to school to study Interior Design. She now works in commercial construction with Skanska where she collaborates and leads Subcontractor Engagement and Community Outreach for AZ and CA.  She is the Phoenix chair of the resource group, Skanska Women’s Network and coordinates with the local non-profits and subcontractors to organize quarterly volunteer events and educational activities within the company. She also leads the inclusion and diversity council for Arizona within Skanska.

Beyond her focus on career and volunteer efforts, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally. When it’s not 100 degrees she likes to run or play golf.  When it is over 100 degrees she enjoys discovering new restaurants, coffee shops, and speakeasies.

Katie Stout, Community Vice President

Katie Stout is excited to serve as the Community Vice President and to continue to expand the Junior League of Phoenix’s impact in the Valley. She joined the League in 2024 in an effort to get more involved in the Phoenix community. As an Active member, she jumped straight into leadership, serving as the Volunteer Action Chair from 2025 to 2026.

Professionally, Katie works at Microsoft as a Supply Program Manager within the Cloud Supply Chain, where she manages GPU and Compute planning for server racks. A self-proclaimed supply chain nerd, she brings her experience in manufacturing technology to her professional and volunteer roles.

In her free time, she loves hiking around the beautiful Arizona mountains with her husband and taking her crazy pitbull Louie on long walks.

Hollie Oviedo, Training Vice President

Hollie joined the Junior League of Phoenix (JLP) in 2019 after returning to her home state of Arizona. Inspired by JLP’s mission to develop women leaders and create meaningful community impact, she quickly became involved in leadership, serving as Chair of the Provisional Program before serving now as the Vice President of Training.

In her current role, Hollie oversees JLP’s training and development initiatives, creating opportunities for members to grow both personally and professionally. She is passionate about fostering leadership, building meaningful connections, and equipping women with the skills and confidence to make a lasting impact in their communities and careers.

Hollie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor with a specialization in Business Law from the University of California School of Law. Professionally, she leads a company specializing in the breeding and sale of racehorses throughout the United States, combining her interests in entrepreneurship, animal welfare, and travel.

In addition to her leadership with JLP, Hollie serves on the Board of Directors for Ballet Arizona, supporting the organization’s mission to inspire, educate, and enrich lives through the power of dance. Her volunteer service reflects a longstanding commitment to strengthening both civic and cultural organizations within Arizona.

Outside of her professional and volunteer endeavors, Hollie enjoys traveling, exploring new experiences, and spending time with family and friends—especially when horses are involved. She believes deeply in the value of lifelong learning, meaningful relationships, and service to others.

 

Brittani Evans, Treasurer

Brittani is excited about the opportunity to continue to serve the ladies in the Junior League of Phoenix as Treasurer for the 2026-2027 term. Brittani has been a member of JLP since 2022. Shortly after she moved 2,159 miles across the continent from Florida to Phoenix to be closer to the love of her life, she realized something was missing. The Junior League has been a way of networking, creating friendships and being active.

During her Provisional year, one statement really stuck with her, “Bloom where you are planted”. And since then, she’s allowed herself to be planted, serve and grow on the Fund Development team, Active Advisor and now Finance.

Brittani is from the Tampa Bay Area (Florida) where she is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in finance. She’s worked in different organizations primarily in Finance Planning and Analysis.

Brittani is very creative, she focuses on ‘Every Little Detail’ so when crafting and planning events, a special touch can be added. When she’s not creating, she enjoys building bonds and creating lasting memories with her family and those who have now become family through her new village “The Junior League of Phoenix”.

Michele Good, Treasurer-Elect

Michele joined the Junior League of Phoenix in 2024, previously served on the Training Committee, and is honored to step into the role of Treasurer Elect for the 2026–2027 term.

Professionally, Michele built her career in marketing and communications across Europe and the US, working with venture-capital-funded startups and large organizations before leaving corporate life to raise her family. As a new mom, she channeled her entrepreneurial spirit into founding her own baby products company, later transitioning into independent consulting roles with skincare and wellness brands. Her background spans brand strategy, communications, and small business ownership.

Michele has a long history of community involvement, including leadership roles in parent-teacher organizations and other community associations. She also volunteered as a mentor with UStrive, a nonprofit supporting first-generation students through the college application process.

Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a Master’s Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA.

Outside of JLP, Michele enjoys fitness, staying curious, and embracing all that this next chapter as an empty nester has to offer.

Aly Bedrio, Provisional Chair

Alexandra joined the Junior League of Phoenix in 2022. She began her journey in leadership as the Live & Learn Chair. She is very honored to serve as the 2026-2027 Provisional Chair.Alexandra is excited for this upcoming year and is looking forward to welcoming new members into the league.

Alexandra received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Arizona State University. Professionally, Alexandra works as the VP of Operations for Advance Dx where she performs a plethora of duties in aiding in the sales of a medical device, a blood collection card sold to laboratories worldwide. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling around the world, going to concerts and plays and watching Formula 1.
