For nearly a century, the Junior League of Phoenix (JLP) has empowered women to lead and serve. Our members have contributed thousands of hours of volunteer service, built nonprofit partnerships, and helped shape programs that improve lives across the Valley. As we move toward our 95th anniversary, we are proud to share our strategic vision for the future — a roadmap designed to strengthen our organization, deepen our impact, and invite new voices to join us in leading change.
