WHAT:   Hosted by the Junior League Phoenix the 6th Annual Touch-A-Truck event is a family-friendly event that offers children a hands-on opportunity to explore a variety of machinery and to meet the people who build, protect and serve the Valley communities. Vehicles on display routinely include construction trucks, emergency responders, tractor trailers, utility trucks and a helicopter. The event also features a DJ, local mascots, interactive educational games, bounce houses, slides, face painters, balloon artists and food trucks. We are also excited to announce the introduction of Safety Town within Touch-A-Truck. Safety Town will provide families of children ages 4-8 with age-appropriate information and a short Meet & Greets with local rescue workers.

Don't miss the Blood Drive from 8am - 12pm. Located in the Boys and Girls Club parking lot near Touch-A-Truck. Schedule your appointment at code: juniorleaguephx.

WHO:   This is a family-friendly event.

*We are pleased to be offering a "horns-free hour" from 9:00am-10:00am for children with special needs and sensitive ears. During the horns-free hour, attendees will be able to enjoy the event without horn honking or disruptive noises.

WHY:  The Junior League of Phoenix is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.  All proceeds from Touch-A-Truck benefit local community programs and training sponsored by The Junior League of Phoenix.  For more information on these programs, visit the "Community Impact" page.
