Since 1937, The Junior League of Phoenix (JLP) hosts Rummage, the largest indoor garage sale in Phoenix, which takes place at the Arizona State Fairgrounds near downtown Phoenix. On an annual basis, over 2K local phoenix residents line up to browse the thousands of bargains available at the Rummage Sale. Bargains can range from new merchandise to: formal dining room sets, patio sets, big screen TVs baby clothes, designer purses, jewelry, collectibles, and office equipment.

The Rummage Sale is on February 24th, 2024. The sale is divided into two sessions; the morning session is held from 8 a.m. – 12:00pm and the afternoon session is held from 1:00pm-4:00 p.m. Admission to the morning session is $5 at the door payable via cash or credit card, and admission to the afternoon session is free. All items are 50% off during the afternoon session. Fairgrounds parking is $12.

This year’s 2023 theme is Wild Wild Rummage, led by Meghan Ritter, a second-generation Junior League of Phoenix member. “ My mom was a JLP member & I had heard many stories about Rummage, so joining the Rummage Committee was a no-brainer.” stated Meghan.

Proceeds from Rummage benefit local community non-profits and training sponsored by JLP. As the largest fundraiser, the event brings more than $125,000 annually. There are still opportunities to become a sponsor for this year’s event at various levels. Along with options to volunteer during the sale day or by donating any gently used items.  Whether you choose to volunteer or donate, we hope you support JLP.
