Naomi Chavez Peters, a noted leadership development, talent development and communications leader, will be presenting to the Junior League of Phoenix in a special leadership leaguewide training event!
What Great Leaders Do – Whether you’re the head of an organization or just getting your bearings as a new member, Naomi’s presentation will inspire and inform on the universal traits of all great leaders. Spoiler alert: Everyone is a leader.
Naomi is the Founder and Principal of Great Leader Consulting, a leadership and talent development firm, which helps companies big and small, build Great Leaders. She’s held leadership roles at several successful high tech global firms such as Salesforce, as Head of Talent Development; Cisco Systems and Intel Corporation. Naomi is a member of the Junior League of Palo Alto/Mid Peninsula, where she is a Past President, and continues to advise the Membership Council. She is a consultant to the Association of Junior Leagues International, teaching the ODI Membership track, and regularly speaks to Leagues across the Association.
